On a new build, the painter is one trade among many. When paint runs late, flooring, fixtures and closing run late too. We plan our work around your timeline, show up on the days we commit to, and keep your site lead updated, so you’re coordinating one painting crew instead of several subs.

New drywall and bare wood soak up paint differently than walls that have been painted before. We prime and prep new surfaces properly, so the finish looks even and holds up long after the walkthrough.
We use Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore and PPG paints, keep a clean jobsite every day, and walk the job with you to finish the punch list before we call it done.

Usually a month or more, and longer in spring and summer. Let us know your build timeline as early as you can, and we’ll plan our dates around your other trades.
It depends on the size of the home and the scope. A full interior typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, and exteriors usually take 3 to 10 days. We’ll give you a timeline with your estimate.
Yes. Before we call a job finished, we walk it and take care of the punch list, including areas other trades have touched after we painted.
